Terms for cafés

Who we are
Reggie is a service of Custos Coffee Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms are between Custos Coffee and the café that signs up (you).
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite to your café and for keeping your sign-in safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Your customers’ data
You are the controller of your customers’ data and Custos Coffee is your data processor. We process it only to run Reggie for you: their first name, stamps, rewards, visits and the email they choose to give. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market Custos Coffee to your customers. On request, or when you close your account, we delete it or give you a copy.
Fair use
Use Reggie for a genuine loyalty card at your own café. Do not use it to send messages your customers did not ask for, or to collect data you do not need.
Price and payment
Free covers your first customers, as shown on the pricing page. Above that, Reggie Pro is billed monthly by card in advance. While your café is under the free customer limit you can switch back to Free from Billing; Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We give 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Founding cafés
A founding café keeps Pro free for as long as it uses Reggie. The place is for the café that accepted the invite and cannot be transferred.
Service
We work hard to keep Reggie running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
